The ONLINE FEES COLLECTION and REFUND POLICY of Annada College, Hazaribag as follows:
All the admissions taken by the existing students of Annada College, Hazaribagh are
PROVISIONAL
in nature unless confirmed by the College Office.
A 100% refund of fee can be sought by the student or will be made by the College if the
PROVISIONAL
admission is not confirmed by the College on any ground such as unavailability of documents, lack of minimum qualifying marks, issues related to indiscipline, etc.
No admission fee will be refunded by the College once the
PROVISIONAL
admission is confirmed.
All
NEW ADMISSIONs
will be
PROVISIONAL
in nature and will be confirmed only after verifying the original documents and minimum eligibility criteria fixed by the University and the College. If the
NEW ADMISSION
is cancelled by the College, the fees will be refunded after deducting the administrative expenses.
No admission fee will be refunded by the College once the
PROVISIONAL
admission of
NEW STUDENT
is confirmed.
If the fee is credited to the College Account twice or any excess payment is made to the College Account, the excess amount will be refunded within a reasonable period.
